WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN EACH BOX?
Every Shirts On Tap box includes a shirt and a sticker. If you go with one of our brewery boxes you'll also get a discount coupon for the taproom and a brewery bio to learn their story.
WHAT'S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
No contracts, no bull – that’s how it works around here. Your subscription is on a month-to-month basis, so try it out for a month or stick around for life. If you want to cancel your subscription, make sure to submit your cancel request by the 3rd of the month, otherwise you will be charged for and receive that month’s box.
CAN I SKIP A MONTH?
Absolutely! Just be sure to log in and submit that skip request by the 3rd of the month, otherwise you'll be charged for, and receive that month's shirt.
CAN I CHANGE MY BOX/DESIGN EACH MONTH?
Yep! Every month you'll receive an email from us on the 1st announcing our new designs. You'll then have the first 3 days of the month to log in and customize your shirt for that month.
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO GIVE A GIFT?
Visit our gift shop to choose from a collection of various craft beer inspired shirts, hats, and other cool items. If you'd like to gift a subscription simply join the club and provide the gift recipient's shirt info. If you want to keep it a secret be sure to provide your own shipping and email address!
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED EACH MONTH?
The amount you pay on the day you sign up will cover your first box. After that you will always be charged on the 4th of the month for that month's box.
WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?
Boxes ship each month between the 15th and the 25th of the month. If this is your first month please know that it can take a little more time for you shirt to be printed and sent, and it may go out early in the following month. After your first box you can always expect your shirt to ship between the 15th and the 25th.
CAN I BUY A SHIRT FROM A PREVIOUS MONTH?
Our shirts are all limited edition and are only printed during the month that brewery or shirt design is being featured. However, we typically have a few leftovers. If you're interested in a previous shirt, check with us to see if we have your size in stock!
WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?
Every shirt we send is printed specifically for that individual member. If you’re not satisfied with your shirt we’ll do our best to exchange it for something just as cool, but we might not have the same shirt design or size in stock after the initial print. No matter what, we’ll always make it right. We like making sure you're happy just as much as we like print awesome shirts.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, OR TO MILITARY ADDRESSES OVERSEAS?
Yes, we do! We’ll ship our boxes anywhere. There is an additional $10 charge for international shipping.
